  • Cutting board
  • Bread knife
  • Toaster oven with tray
  • Oven
  • Cookie sheet
  • Shallow bowl
  • Olive oil
  • Basting brush

Instructions

      Place the loaf on the cutting board. Roll it so it sits on its side. Cut down the side to slice the bread in half. Hold the bread on its side and cut round slices.

      Set a toaster oven or oven to low heat or 300 degrees.

      Place the bread slices on the tray or cookie sheet. Lay the crust part down if using halves.

      Pour olive oil into a shallow bowl. Dip the basting brush into the olive oil. Spread the olive oil over the slices of bread.
