How to Amend an IRS EIN Form
If your business changes its address after receiving an Employer Identification Number, you don't need to amend the EIN Form and you don't need to apply for a new EIN. There is no form to update an IRS EIN Form. Use Form 8822, Change of Address, to notify the IRS. If you need to correct or amend EIN form information, write a letter, preferably on company letterhead, to the IRS asking to update the information. Do not submit a second EIN application.

If the U.S. Postal Service doesn't deliver mail to your business's street address but uses a P.O. Box, list the P.O. Box number as the mailing address instead of the street address.
