Place two cones approximately 10 meters apart and have half of the players lined up at one cone and the other half lined up at the other. Instruct the players to walk with the ball against the inside of one of their feet from one cone to the other, passing to the awaiting player at the end. If the player is unable to produce a fluid movement with the ball, restart from the beginning at a slower pace.
