Instructions

    • 1

Remove the existing trailer rim from one side of the trailer and set to the side.

    • 2

Count the number of lug bolts present on the hub and notate. Most trailer hubs are equipped with four to five lug bolts, but trailers designed to carry heavy loads may have more.

    • 3

Measure the distance between the center of one bolt and the center of the bolt directly across if your trailer hub has an even number of bolts. This distance combined with the number of bolts in the pattern will determine what trailer rims you need.

    • 4

Measure from the center of one bolt to a point halfway between two adjacent bolts if you trailer hub has an odd number of bolts. The combination of the bolt number and distance to the center of the diameter will determine which rims will fit your trailer.

Tips & Warnings

  • Tighten you rims to the manufacturer's recommended specifications when installing new rims or placing your current rims back on your trailer.
