  • Bowl
  • 12 oz. strong brewed coffee
  • 3 tbsp. light brown sugar
  • Spoon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. chocolate syrup

  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 glasses
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • Fat-free whipped topping

      Pour 1 1/2 cups of hot coffee into a mixing bowl and add 3 tbsp. of light brown sugar. Stir the two ingredients until the sugar is dissolved. Mix in 1 1/2 tbsp. of chocolate syrup then allow the coffee mixture to cool.

      Chill the coffee mixture in the refrigerator or, for faster chilling, place the bowl in the freezer for 30 to 45 minutes.

      Mix the chilled coffee mixture, 1 cup of fat-free milk and 1/4 tsp. of vanilla extract in a pitcher.
