How to Print a Year Calendar
Yearly calendars are useful in most homes and situations. The calendar keeps track of upcoming events and important dates. Purchasing a new calendar every year is not always an option, but it is possible to print out a yearly calendar to keep track of information, the date and holidays.

Download or make a calendar for the year. There are downloadable calendars available already filled out with the major holidays and the months online. It is also possible to make the calendar, though making the calendar by creating your own monthly grids is time-consuming.

Look over the calendar. Check that it is the correct year, the days and dates match up for every month and that the holidays are in the correct dates. This is especially important when printing from a download, which might not have accurate information.

Select "Print" to open the print setup page. Adjust the printing options for the calendar. Make changes to the page size if printing on larger paper or adjust the calendar size to fit the normal paper size, depending on personal preferences.

Select "Print Preview" to look over the calendar and check that the calendar fits on the page. Hit "Print" once it is adjusted.
