How to Recover Deleted AVI Files
AVI files are video files that are mainly associated with Audio Video Interleave, according to FileInfo.com, an online database of file extensions. The AVI format, created by Microsoft, stores video data. These files usually use less compression than other common video formats. If you have deleted an AVI file by accident, you can restore it in a way that will cause the file to return to its original location, where you will be able to use it again.
