The right reheating technique will give you tender BBQ ribs.

Whether pork or beef or prepared with sauce or dry rub, ribs have long been a barbecue staple. Although best served hot and fresh off the pit, there is no reason you cannot enjoy the same flavor and tenderness when eating reheated ribs. Achieving the most flavor from your leftover ribs depends largely on the reheating process. Using the proper method to heat your ribs in the oven or on the grill will ensure that they taste just as good as they did the first time. Does this Spark an idea?
