How to Reheat Barbecue Ribs
Whether pork or beef or prepared with sauce or dry rub, ribs have long been a barbecue staple. Although best served hot and fresh off the pit, there is no reason you cannot enjoy the same flavor and tenderness when eating reheated ribs. Achieving the most flavor from your leftover ribs depends largely on the reheating process. Using the proper method to heat your ribs in the oven or on the grill will ensure that they taste just as good as they did the first time. Does this Spark an idea?
Instructions

In the Oven

Thaw the ribs in the refrigerator if they are frozen. Preheat the oven to broil.

Wrap the thawed ribs in foil. Place them on a cookie sheet with the boned side facing upward. Heat the ribs on this side for two to four minutes.

Flip the ribs over and heat another two to four minutes. Remove the ribs and allow them to cool to the touch before serving.
On the Grill

Thaw the ribs in the refrigerator if they are frozen. Heat your grill to 450 to 500 degrees.

Wrap the thawed ribs in foil. Place them on the warmed grill with the boned side down. Let the ribs heat for two to four minutes on this side.

Turn the ribs over and allow them to heat another two to four minutes on the opposite side. Take the ribs off the grill and let them cool to the touch before serving.

Tips & Warnings
Do not overheat the ribs. This will cause the meat to become dry.
Carefully remove the foil before serving to avoid injury from warm juices.
