Compressing Files with WinZip 14.5

1. Start WinZip by double-clicking the icon on the desktop. Click the "New WinZip File" icon in the "Quick Access Toolbar."

2. Choose a location where you want to save your Zip file. Give it a name and click "Create."

3. Navigate to the folder you want to zip and click on it, then click "Zip."

Extracting Files with WinZip 14.5

1. Double-click the WinZip icon on the desktop. Open the zip file you want to unzip.

2. Check the "Use Folder Names" box, then click "Unzip."

3. Select a location where you want the files to be extracted to and click "Unzip."
