Premiere Pro doesn't directly edit DVD video.

Adobe Premiere Pro supports various types of video, such as AVI files, 3GP, WMV and MP4. It cannot import VOB, a specific file format that stores DVD video. But another Adobe program, Adobe Premiere Elements, comes bundled with Adobe software. Premiere Elements converts video files. Use it to convert VOB files to a format that Premiere Pro can edit.
