Ask an agent in the leasing office, if you live in an apartment complex, for a referral to an appliance leasing company. Typically property managers at apartment complexes are familiar with area companies that lease washing machines.

Contact Appliance Warehouse of America at 800-693-4343 if you do not live in an apartment complex or if you could not get a referral from your property manager. Alternatively, you can order your washing machine lease on the company's website. Typically a credit check is done when you apply for a washing machine lease. If you have bad credit, you can still rent the washing machine but your rate may be higher or you may be required to pay a deposit.

Arrange a date and time to have your leased washing machine delivered and set up in your home. Lease prices vary by company, but you can expect to pay between $15 and $30 per month for a washing machine lease.
