How to Solve an NSIS Error
While installing new software onto your computer, you may experience what is known as an NSIS, or Nullsoft Scriptable Install System, error. This error indicates a problem has occurred with the software's installer. This problem, usually a corruption of some sort, causes the software to not fully install. However, you can fix the error and continue to download the software without a problem.

Open the "Start" menu by clicking the desktop's "Start" button and click on the "Run" icon. Type "cmd" into the "Run" text field and press the "Enter" button. The "Commnad" prompt will appear.

Click and drag the application's installation file from your computer "C:" folder with your mouse onto the "Command" prompt. Once dragged and dropped, the path of the installation file will appear in the "Command" prompt.

Press the keyboard's "Spacebar" button and type "/NCRC" in the end of the path. It will look like this, for example: "C:\Software\googletalk-setup.exe /NCRC."

Press the keyboard's "Enter" button. The setup program will initiate and start up.
