How to Make a Picture Oval Using IrfanView
Cropping images into an oval shape can add variety to your photo collages, format your photos for ovular borders or just plain remove unwanted portions of a photo. And with the help of IrfanView, a free photo editor, you can crop your photos into ovals of any size. And while you will need to use several of the program's tools to create an oval picture, the job can be tackled with relative ease and in a matter of minutes.
