How to Use the LCD on a Nikon D70

The Nikon D70 is a high-tech digital camera with many advanced features. Most of the features involve using the camera's LCD screen. The LCD screen, on the back of the camera, is used to view photos. The LCD also has many other functions.

Instructions

1. Push the "Play" button on the back of the camera to view photos. It is the button with a triangle in a box. Use the directional pad to scroll through photos that are on the camera. Press the "Play" button again to turn off the LCD.

2. Press the "Menu" button to make the camera's menu appear on the LCD screen. Use the directional pad to scroll through the different options. Use the select button in the middle of the directional pad to make selections. Press the "Menu" button to leave the menu.

3. Press the "Info" button for the camera settings to appear on the LCD screen. The screen will show the camera's shutter speed, aperture, white balance, ISO and histogram settings. These setting can be seen through the viewfinder also, but looking at the LCD is more convenient. Press the "Info" button two times to make the setting disappear.
