How to Include Webmail on My Joomla Website
Joomla is an open-source content management system, or CMS, to build websites and online applications. CMS can save a lot of time from coding and is able to keep track of your articles, media, contacts, polls and a lot more. With Joomla's large extension choices, an application is available to meet just about every need. Extensions are created by developers and some are free. Webmail extension includes Web programs such as Simple Gmail , Hotmail for Joomla, Yahoo! Mail for Joomla, Check Any Mail (for status), AOL Mail for Joomla and Simple Emails Alert.

Download the webmail extension file you need and save it to your desktop.

Sign into the administration side of Joomla. Click on "Extensions" from the main menu and then click on "Install/Uninstall" from the pullout menu.

Click on the "Browse" button and browse to your webmail extension ZIP file location. Click "Upload File & Install."

Click on "Extensions" on the main menu and then click on "Module Manager" from the pull-down menu. Locate your extension and click "Enable."

Tips & Warnings
Sometimes you will need to unzip the extensions file first before installing. Unzip and then install the files separately.
To manually install your files, unzip and upload them using a file transfer program such as FileZilla or CuteFTP. Choose "Install from Directory" under the Install/Uninstall Extension Manager.
If you are unable to locate your extension in Module Manager, click on "Add New Module," add your Web program and then enable it.
