How to Make a Heated Bird Bath Candle
A bird bath is a sweet inspiration for a heated candle craft. To make a bird bath candle you can use a tart burner, which is a type of candle holder that uses a small candle to heat and melt a piece of wax that is known as a tart, which can be bought at candle shops. - Tart burner
- White paint

- Foam birds

Find a ceramic tart burner at a craft store, candle shop or home goods store. The tart burner can be any color or style, so long as it has an area at the top to melt a wax tart.

Paint the tart burner with white paint to resemble a traditional white bird bath. Allow it to dry and apply a second coat of paint if necessary.

Attach a few foam birds to the top rim of the tart burner with a hot glue gun, along where the wax tart is meant to go. Arrange the birds so they look like they are sitting at a bird bath. Foam birds can be found at floral shops or craft stores and are covered with feathers to resemble real birds.

Light a small candle with a match and place it in the lower portion of the tart burner.

Place a blue wax tart in the top portion of the tart burner where the foam birds are attached. Wax tarts can be found at candle stores or home goods shops. The tea light will heat the wax tart and melt it to liquid, making it look like the birds are drinking from the wax.
