How do I Learn the Calendar Creator Software?
Calendar Creator is a simple software program that allows you to customize calendars and print them for display purposes. You can add your own events, start and end times and illustrate a calendar with creative fonts and graphics. To learn Calendar Creator, you must explore each option on the menu bar and each tab within the dialogue boxes. Soon enough, you will be using the advanced features and creating expressive calendars.

Open a new document in Calendar Creator. A blank calendar will appear for the month chosen. Click "Events" on the menu bar. Click "Add Event." Write in the details of your first appointment. If this is a weekly, monthly or yearly reoccurrence, click "Advanced Repeat Rule" and set the occurrence schedule.

Click "Events" on the men bar. Click "Category." Select a category and pick "Properties." Add effects to your calendar by clicking the "Style" tab. Here you can bold, underline, italicize font, change the size, style or color of the font, add background, shading, shadows and borders. Click "OK" to save the changes you've made.

Set start and end times for each event, especially if you are scheduling more than one event in a day. Click "Events on the menu bar". Select "Categories." Choose a category and click "Properties." Check the time option and choose a start and end time. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Double-click a cell to add a picture there. The Layout Object Properties dialog box will appear. Select the "Picture" tab. Click on "Browse." Browse your hard drive for the appropriate picture, highlight it and click "Open." Click "OK," and the picture will appear on your calendar.

Add a picture from the Calendar Creator Art Gallery by selecting "Add" on the menu bar. Browse for and select and image. It will now appear on your calendar. Resize and/or drag the image to its appropriate place.

Edit images by clicking "Add" on the menu bar. Select "Picture" and the Art Gallery dialog box opens. Click the "Art and Photos" tab. Click the image you want to edit. Click "Edit Graphic" on the toolbar. Crop, rotate or otherwise manipulate your image as desired.

Print the calendar by going to "File" and selecting "Print." You may be prompted to save your calendar. Name and save it to keep the file before printing.
