How to Save a File in PaperPort

PaperPort is a program developed by Nuance Communications. It is used to help organize digital documents and files. PaperPort is often used to convert digital documents in popular file formats like PDF, DOC or TXT. With PaperPort, you can save a file following a very conventional method. The "Save" dialog box lets you choose the desired format for the digital document.

      Open PaperPort from the "Start" menu. You will find it under "All Programs."

      Click the "File" menu and select "Open."

      Browse to navigate to the digital document that you need to save. Click the file and select "Open." This will load the document in PaperPort.

      Click the "File" menu again. Choose the option that says "Save As..."

      Type a name for the document under "File Name." Choose a secured location on your hard drive or external storage device to save the file.
