How to Uninstall PowerPoint Viewer
Microsoft's PowerPoint Viewer program, as suggested by the name, allows users to view and print PowerPoint documents. PowerPoint is a part of the Microsoft Office suite that also includes Word, Excel and Access. The suite is not free and even standalone programs have to be purchased. However, if you do not intend to do any editing, you only need the PowerPoint Viewer to view a presentation. The viewer comes at no charge. It can be uninstalled using the standard Windows uninstall feature.

Go to the "Start" menu and click "Control Panel."

Click "Uninstall a program" under "Programs" or click "Programs and Features."

Scroll through the list of installed programs, select "Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer" and click "Uninstall." Click "OK" in the confirmation pop-up and follow the step-by-step instructions of the uninstallation wizard to remove PowerPoint Viewer.

Go to the "Start" menu, type "PowerPointViewer.exe" in the "Start Search" box and press "Enter." Delete all search results.
