How to Repair a Torn Ski Speed Suit

How to Repair a Torn Ski Speed Suit thumbnail
Tears in ski speed suits like this one can be repaired with a few simple techniques.

Ski speed suits do just what their name suggests: They increase a skier's speed. By streamlining the skier's body, they reduce wind resistance as well as keeping out any unwanted effects of weather such as wind and water. Ski speed suits are made of heavy-duty material and can sometimes rip, diminishing their effectiveness. Knowing how to repair a torn ski speed suit can mean the difference between getting back on the slopes and having to buy an entire new suit.
