How to Replace a Foglight Bulb on a 2003 Nissan Maxima
If you have a 2003 Nissan Maxima and you want to install new fog lights or replace a busted fog light, you don't need to take your car to a service center. You can replace the bulb yourself, saving you time and money. If your fog light is already not functioning, it should be replaced immediately to avoid accidents.

Locate the screws that are holding the fog light cover of your 2003 Nissan Maxima. Remove the screws using the flat head screwdriver and the Phillips head screwdriver, as there are two types of screws that are holding it in place. After removing the covering you will see the fog light assembly.

Remove the 10mm nuts using the 10mm socket. The nuts are the ones that hold the fog light assembly in place. Disconnect all of the wirings by pulling it carefully out of the bulbs. After removing the nuts remove the whole fog light assembly from the car by pushing it out from the back side.

Remove the back portion of the fog light assembly by rotating it counter clockwise. Do not pry it open as it will be damaged. When the back portion has already been removed you will now see the fog light bulb.

Remove the fog light bulb by pressing down on the clip that's holding it in place using the flat head screwdriver.

Replace the old bulb with a new one. Make sure that you clip it so that the bulb will be secured inside the fog light assembly.

Reattach the back portion of the fog light assembly by turning it clockwise.

Reattach all of the wirings from the assembly to the car and screw the 10mm nuts back on its place using the 10mm socket.

Screw the covering back in place.
