How to Clean a Jenn-Air Black Glass Cooktop

Things You'll Need

• Cooktop cleaner
• Paper towels
• Nonabrasive scrub pad
• Razor blade

Instructions

1. Apply cooktop cleaner to the cool black glass cooktop according to the package instructions.

2. Wipe the Jenn-Air cooktop with damp paper towels to remove any food residue. Scrub away stains with a nonabrasive nylon pad.

3. Scrape away any burned-on food with a razorblade held as flat to the surface as possible. Hold the razorblade facing away from you, and take care not to scratch the black glass surface.

4. Apply three or four drops of cooktop cleaner to the Jenn-Air cooktop, and wipe it clean with damp paper towels.

Tips & Warnings
