How to Add My V Card to Every Email I Send
As well as basic information such as names, phone numbers and physical and e-mail addresses, vCards can include website URLs and photographs, with multiple entries in each category if necessary. They are easily transferred by e-mail, MMS, infrared or Bluetooth, and compatible with everything from desktop applications to cell phones. One effective way to share your vCard is to embed it in your e-mail signature so that it accompanies every message you send.

Tips & Warnings
If you are able to upload your vCard and obtain a public link to it, you can incorporate this link into a text signature. This allows you to include it even with e-mails sent from desktop or mobile clients that do not support file attachment in signatures. In addition, it allows mail recipients to download the vCard if they need it, instead of receiving a redundant copy with every e-mail.
Exercise caution in sharing your contact details with the world. Many e-mail clients, including both Microsoft Outlook and Apple Mail, support the use of multiple signatures from which you can choose depending on a message's addressee.
