You can use the USB cable that came with your phone to sync your Outlook contacts.

Outlook is a comprehensive organizational management tool with which you can create folders and sub-folders that create a convenient system of quick file retrieval. Until synced with another computer or device, your folders and contacts are only accessible from the computer containing your Outlook account. Some smartphones can be synced with Outlook, granting you access to your account on the go.

This is just wrong. Did you do any research on this prior to writing it? Neither of these will sync multiple contact folders with a WinMo device. Syncing multiple contact folders is the Holy Grail and only a few have tried to create a way to do it. Chapura used to have solution, but they gave up.
