Make sure the second monitor is connected to your PC, then restart the computer so that it will recognize the new attached device.
How to Mirror Monitors in Catalyst
ATI-based video cards use a control center program called ATI catalyst. This graphic card software offers deeper user control over the graphic settings and display options than what is normally found in your standard operating system menu. If you have a dual monitor setup, use the ATI catalyst control center to mirror one display onto the second monitor. This will give you two monitors showing the exact-same display view at the same time.

Click the "Advanced" option, and click "Next." If you already have the control center set up to view advanced settings, you won't need this step.

5
Click "Detect Displays" if you do not see both monitors listed.

Click on the "Selected Display on ATI YOUR MODEL CARD" list and select "Clone Display" ("YOUR MODEL CARD" represents the name of the ATI card installed on your PC). Click "Apply to save these settings; now both monitors will show the same display, resolution and properties.
