How to Operate Skype
Skype is an Internet program that is designed to allow users to speak to each other using an Internet connection --- not a typical phone line. Skype also allows people to use their computers' Web cams so that they can see one another while they are talking. Operating Skype is simple to do, however you first must ensure it is properly installed on your computer. Downloading Skype to your computer is free. (See Resources)
