How to Uninstall the Microsoft Security Center
Microsoft Security Center comes preinstalled on all Windows 7 operating systems. The center lets you monitor the status of your computer security settings and uses pop-up boxes to notify you of modifications or issues. Though you can't uninstall the security center because it is part of the operating system, you can disable its pop-up alerts.

Go to "Start" and click "Control Panel".

Click on "Security Center".

Click on "Change the way Security Center alerts me" in the left portion of the box.

Click on the "Don't notify me and don't display the icon" tab under "Do you want to be notified of security issues".

Tips & Warnings
It makes sense to install a different security program on your computer to protect your system if your remove Microsoft Security Center.
