How to Connect My Phone to My Computer With High Speed Internet
You can make and receive phone calls using your telephone by a technology called VOIP (voice-over Internet protocol). This allows you to send your voice through the Internet connection to other computers, cell phones or land-line devices. You will need to have a VOIP provider in order to use the service otherwise you can use free services like Skype, which will allow you to make phone calls to other Skype users.

Skype is a software that can be downloaded to your computer and allows you to dial other users that use Skype and other phones. You can also choose providers like Vonage or Joi. Both providers will send you a phone adapter so you can connect your phone to your computer.
