1. Utilize your social networks. Update your company's Facebook or Twitter status to announce any available job openings and include an e-mail address or link to your company website where interested parties can send resumes. Also, send a single message to your friends or followers on your social networking website to communicate available job openings. Utilizing your social networks will enable you to broadcast this information to those who have already demonstrated an interest in your company by befriending or following you online.

2. Use the "blogosphere." Notify bloggers who write daily about your field (education, engineering, etc) about your available job openings.
