Instructions

    • 1

Create a resume showing you have many of the qualifications that Disney seeks in its sales associates ---experience in commission-based sales, facility with Windows programs and flexibility in terms of scheduling and problem solving.

    • 2

Complete a candidate profile on the Disney employment website. Attach your resume in the space provided in MS Word, PDF or RTF format.

    • 3

Search the Disney job site for DVC sales associate openings. Fill out the job application and attach your profile. The more open you are to changing job status, work days and hours, the better your chances to get hired at Disney, since it is a huge corporation with many slots to fill.

Groom yourself so you fit in with "The Disney Look" when you secure a job interview. The company has very stringent guidelines on how all its employees should look while on the job (see Resources). Arrive at your first interview already sporting this look to gain an advantage in the hiring process. Also, be sure to exhibit an outgoing nature.
