Thus, the good news is that your computer is not infected with Trojan Spy HTML.Bankfraud.DQ. The bad news is that your computer is infected with PCclean Pro and PC Antispy. These rogue anti-spyware programs are designed to slow your computer and scare you into purchasing the full versions of the programs. Remove them from your system using tools available in the Windows Vista and 7 operating systems.

      Press "Ctrl," "Shift" plus "Escape" to open the Task Manager.

      Click the "Processes" tab of the Task Manager and then click the "Show Processes From All Users" button. You will see a list of processes appear under the "Image Name" heading.

      End the following processes. To end a process, click the process and then click the "End Processes" button.

      Close the Task Manager.

    Delete Registry Keys

      Click "Start," type "Regedit" into the Search box and press "Enter" to open the Registry Editor.

      Delete the following registry keys from the left pane of the Registry Editor. To delete a registry key, right-click the key and select "Delete." If you are having trouble locating a registry key, click "Edit" and "Find" and type the name of the registry key into the dialogue box. Click "Find Next."

    Delete DLLs and Folders

      Click "Start" and type "Cmd" into the "Search" box. Press "Enter." The Command Prompt opens.

      Type the following commands into the Command Prompt. Press "Enter" after each command.

      regsvr32 /u PCCLEANPRO.dll

      regsvr32 /u ASpyPopUpBlk.dll

      regsvr32 /u ASpyStBlk.dll

      del pccleanpro

      Restart your computer.
