How to Use Vegetable Glycerin While Fasting

How to Use Vegetable Glycerin While Fasting thumbnail
Brush with vegetable glycerine based toothpaste to sweeten your breath during a fast.

Bad breath is a negative consequence of fasting. When you don’t eat, your salivary glands do not produce as much saliva. Thus, the saliva is unable to properly flush out the odor-causing bacteria from your mouth and tongue. One way to remedy this is to brush your teeth, gums and tongue with vegetable glycerine based toothpaste. Vegetable-glycerine has natural antibacterial properties. Purchase it at a health food or natural remedy store.
