How to Convert JPG Files to MPEG Files
Converting your files from a JPEG to an MPEG requires a number of phases. The files first need to be converted into AVI format, then you can convert them into MPEG files. JPEG, or JPG, files are mainly associated with picture files. AVI files are associated with both picture and audio and are often video files. AVI files are primarily a Windows format. MPEG is a much more universal video format which can be used across more operating systems, such as both Mac OS X and Windows.
