How to Remove Cookies Every Day thumbnail
Cookies are little bits of residual information.

Enabling your web browser to store cookies makes it possible for your browser to remember usernames, passwords, or even items placed in a virtual shopping cart. You may decide that you want to delete the cookies your web browser is storing on a daily basis to protect your accounts from others that may be using the same computer, or to prevent companies from targeting specific ads to you based on your browsing history. Clearing your cookies is a quick and simple task that will only take you a few minutes each day to complete.

Instructions

Open your web browser's pull down "Tools" menu. Click on "Options" on this menu.

    • 2

Click on the "Privacy" tab in the "Options" menu that pops up. Click the button that reads, "Clear Browsing Data" or "Show Cookies". This opens another pop-up menu.
