The StreetPilot C330 is a vehicle GPS navigation device manufactured by Garmin. It has an easy to use interface that makes it simple to find a destination and get there. The C330 comes with preloaded maps and has turn-by-turn navigation.To troubleshoot a C330 you can update the software and map data, reset it, and change the fuse at the tip of the car adapter.

      Update software and map data. Register your device to receive automatic updates when new software or map data is available. Check the Garmin website for new map updates for your device. Go to the Garmin Software Update website and click "Software Update" to check for new internal software updates for the C330.

      Reset the c330. If the C330 locks up, press the power button to turn it off then press it again to turn it on. If that does not get it working again, gently pull off the face plate by pressing your thumb nail in the groove located on the face plate under the Garmin logo. Press the "Reset" button then turn the device back on.

      Change the fuse. The fuse on the vehicle adapter needs to be periodically changed. Unscrew the round black end piece located at the tip of the vehicle adapter. Purchase an AGC/3AG 2 Amp, high breaking capacity, 1500 A-rated fuse at a home improvement or electronics store. Replace the old fuse with the new one and screw the black end piece back in.
