How to Edit MP3 Tags in OS X
Every release of Mac OS X comes with a copy of iTunes, the Macintosh default music player for MP3s. iTunes includes an MP3 tag editor, which you can use to modify the data that displays in iTunes and on portable media players, or to make your music more easily searchable.

Launch iTunes from the Dock.

Click the Music playlist at the top of the playlist sidebar on the left side of the window.

Drag your MP3 files to the Music playlist, if they are not already in your iTunes library.

Highlight the MP3 song or songs you wish to edit.

Select "Get Info" from the "File" menu, then click the tabs to edit the tags for these MP3s. When you select multiple songs, this window will change the tags for the entire selection.
