      Plug your Transcend thumb drive into your USB port on your computer. Go to "My Computer" and right-click on "Transcend Thumb Drive" to manually fix it.

      Select "Format" from the drop-down menu. Choose the "File System" to which you wish to format and click "Start." Your Transcend thumb drive will be fixed.

      Navigate to the Free Downloads Center and choose thumb drive software for a program repairing process. Click on your choice to save it to your computer.

      Install the thumb drive software on your computer and open it.

      Choose your partition type and click on "Recover." The thumb drive program will repair your thumb drive settings and system configurations. Your Transcend thumb drive is now fixed.
