How to Use Ready Clean Detox
Use Ready Clean detox as a method to get rid of impurities in your body. The ingestion method is simple: you drink the contents of a 16-ounce bottle. You must hydrate considerably before and after taking Ready Clean. Enhance your detox experience by taking PreCleanse tablets before drinking the Ready Clean mixture. PreCleanse is sold separately. Ready Clean is effective for five hours after proper ingestion, but peak detox occurs three hours after ingestion.

Take 6 PreCleanse tablets 24-48 hours before you ingest Ready Clean. This step is optional, but optimizes your detoxification experience. Consume each PreCleanse tablet with a glass of water. PreCleanse is sold separately from the Ready Clean product.

Drink 20 ounces of fluid every two hours for 24 hours before you consume Ready Clean. Water is preferred, you can drink fruit juice. No alcoholic beverages should be consumed at this time.

Consume an entire 16-ounce bottle of Ready Clean. Do not dilute the contents and shake thoroughly. Take Ready Clean at least 60 minutes prior to any type of testing.

Wait 15 minutes. Fill the Ready Cleanse bottle with water and consume entire contents. Drink another bottle of water 15 minutes later.

Urinate when you feel the urge. Regular urination flushes your body of toxins.

The detoxifying effects of Ready Clean are experienced immediately, however allow three hours for maximum efficiency.
Abstain from alcohol while undergoing a detox program.
