How to Install Adobe Reader on Firefox 3.0.8

Adobe Reader is an application released by Adobe Products that allows you to read their proprietary "PDF" documents both in a standalone program and in a Web browser like Mozilla Firefox. In order to install Adobe Reader in Firefox 3.0.8, you will need the free installer file from Adobe's website.

Instructions

1. Launch Firefox or your preferred Web browser and navigate to the Adobe Reader download page (See Resources).

2. Click the "Get Adobe Reader" button on, then click the "Download" button. Save the installer file to your hard drive, then launch it once the download has finished.

3. Follow the instructions as they appear on your screen to begin the automated installation of Adobe Reader on your system.

4. Launch Adobe Reader once the installation has finished, then agree to the end-user license agreement (EULA) and exit the program. Adobe Reader will now function properly inside of Firefox.

Tips & Warnings

• Adobe Reader will not function in Firefox until you have agreed to the EULA statement that appears when you run the actual program file.
