Navigate to the ISPConf proxy service website and pay for one of its tariff plans to get your own UK IP address. ISPConf has its proxy server located in Maidenhead, United Kingdom; however, you can subscribe to its service anywhere in the world.

Click on the link that says "See our price list" located on the upper-right corner of the ISPConf page.

Scroll through the tariff plans available and select the one that suits your needs. For instance, you will be able to choose between plans that will give you traffic limits of 5, 15 and 30 Gigabytes. All the tariff options are for 31 days of service.

Click on the "ORDER" tab that corresponds to the plan you want to purchase and when redirected to the payment page, select the payment method you will be using. You can pay with a major credit card, via PayPal or with Webmoney.

Log in with the username and password ISPConf will send to your email address after your payment is processed.

Click on the blank circle displayed next to the UK flag, below where it says "Proxy country." Subscription options will then be displayed below where the flags are located, beneath the title that says "Subscription period."

Select the "1 month" or the "3 months" subscription by clicking on the blank circle next to each option. A "Subscription recurrence" menu will then be displayed below and you must select between a "Recurring subscription," which will automatically renew your subscription upon expiration, or a "Non-recurring, single term" subscription that will end when your first subscription term expires.

Enter you email address in the text box displayed below where it reads "Contact details." Click on the "Subscribe" tab to pay via PayPal.

Click on the "Proxy" tab displayed on the blue bar situated on the top of the page. When redirected, click on the icon with the flag that corresponds to the UK.

Click on the link for the type of subscription you would like to use. When redirected, click on the "Add to Basket" tab. On the "View Cart" page click on the tab that says "Proceed to Checkout" and fill out the "Customer Information" form.
