My Panasonic DVD Recorder Has a Problem Finalizing a DVD-RW
DVD recorders allow you to burn DVD disks of music, videos, or other forms of data to back up important files on your computer. When a DVD is burned, the files are written onto the disk, and the disk is then finalized to enable it to play on DVD players. If your DVD burner is having problems finalizing the disk, your drivers may be out of date.

Tips & Warnings
Ensure that the DVD disks you are using are new and empty -- and compatible with your drive. You may be using DVD-R and your drive is only compatible with DVD+R disks, or vice versa. Refer to the owner's manual for the specific model of your Panasonic disk drive to find out what disks are compatible with your drive and purchase the correct disks.
