1
Remove the molds from the work area. Place the molds one at a time into a large sink or other area where you can easily clean the entire surface later.
-
2
Fill the sink up with water. Place the molds inside the sink. Allow the molds to soak for one to two hours to loosen up any stuck-on grease or dirt.

-
3
Wear rubber gloves to protect your hands as you work. Spread some Gojo cleaner onto a scrub brush and scrub the molds. Use cleaning cloths to reach any areas of the mold that the brush cannot reach, such as tiny holes.
-
4
Rinse the molds with water and check their progress. They will probably need two to three scrubbings before the dirt, oil and remaining plastic is removed from the surface.
-
5
Rinse the molds with warm water once more. Check the molds for any other grease or oil. Use your fingers to work additional Gojo cleaner into any surfaces that the scrub brush missed. Rinse the mold one final time and set it out to dry. Repeat the process for all of the remaining injection molds.

Tips & Warnings
Wear safety goggles to protect your eyes from dirt and oil splashing out of the sink.
Wear old clothes because cleaning the molds is a messy job.
Use a soft bristle brush so you do not scratch the surface of the mold and cause irreparable damage to the mold.
Use care when cleaning the molds and never hurry or scrub harder than necessary. Some of the molds have delicate parts that can become easily damaged if handled too roughly.
