How to Troubleshoot My Toshiba HD
Toshiba makes many types of products, including HDTV. If you have an HDTV, you may experience problems you will need to fix. These include having no video nor audio. If other issues occur, you will want to use the Concierge feature on the Toshiba Customer Support website.

Press the "Power" button on the television to turn it on.

Point the remote control at the television and press "Input."

Press "Input" again until you see the Input Selection window appear.
No Sound

Press "Menu" on the remote to display the sound menu.

Press "Up" or "Down " on the remote to highlight the option for "Audio Setup." Press "Enter."

Select the option for "Stereo" from the "MTS" field.

Press the "Up" or "Down" arrow and highlight "Done." Press "Enter" to save the changes.
Use Concierge Feature

Go to the Toshiba Customer Support webpage. Select "Televisions" from the "Search by Product Type" list. Select the model year for your television. Click the model number of your television from the list.

Click the option for "Concierge." This will open a new browser window. Click the "Troubleshooting a problem" option.

Click the option for the type of problem you are having from the list, such as "Picture" or "Sound."

Click the option for the issue that you are having from the list. Select "Yes" or "No" for the question.

Follow the displayed suggestion to see if the problem is fixed.
