How to Roast Pork at a Low Temperature
Roasting requires cooking meat at a low temperature using a form of dry heat, such as an oven or open flame. Roasting meat can take anywhere from two to four hours to half a day. Although roasting pork may take a while, it's well worth the wait because the meat retains its moisture. Pork roasts are often seared before they are cooked to brown and caramelize the meat to create a uniform color. Does this Spark an idea?
