How to Unistall Windows Live Toolbar
Windows Live Toolbar is a useful tool that allows you to quickly use Windows Live to search in your browser and to open MSN specific applications like "Photo" and "Messenger." If you feel like you no longer have a need for the toolbar, you can uninstall it using the method that your Windows operating system has in place.

Click the "Start" menu at the bottom of the screen.

Click "Run" if you are using Windows XP. If you are using Vista, place your cursor in the "Search" box.

Type "appwiz.cpl" and press "Enter." This opens a list of your currently installed programs.

Select "Windows Live Toolbar" from the list.

Click "Remove" or "Uninstall" at the top of the window.

Confirm that you want to uninstall the program in the window that appears and wait for the progress bar to complete. You will receive a message that the program was uninstalled successfully.
