I Cannot Remove Trend Micro Remote File Vault

It secures your files because if your computer is stolen, you can activate the Remove File Vault to lock the files on your computer. Open Trend Micro Internet Security by double-clicking the icon on the desktop or through the Start menu. The main screen will be displayed. Click the "Pro Services" button at the top of the screen.

Click the "Remove Installed Services" link in the "Manage Service Components" menu.

Select Remote File Vault from the Installed Services list provided and click "Next" to uninstall. Enter the Remove File Vault password when prompted.

Click "Start," the arrow to the right of "Shutdown" and "Restart" to restart your computer.
