Instructions

    • 1

Unplug the machine and check to see if the collection tank unit is full if the shampooer does not have suction. Do this by grasping the collection tank's handle and pulling it toward you. Empty the tank into a sink. The collection tank is the translucent tank on the left of the front of machine.

    • 2

Check all of the vacuum connections and latches to make sure that they are tight if the shampooer continues to not work properly. Loose connections can cause the machine to not work at all or to work poorly.

    • 3

Turn off the machine immediately and straighten the hose if the motor is running louder or hotter than normal and there is no suction. Kinks in the hose can cause this.

    • 4

Detach the hose by pressing the release button on either side of the end of the tube and sliding it out. Check the hose for obstructions. Remove any obstructions with a long handled brush.

    • 5

Unplug the machine and tighten all of the connections with your fingers if the machine is leaking. This includes connections at each end of the hose.

    • 6

Point the hose up if the machine is not picking up the solution. Sometimes excess solution will flow into the hose. Pointing the hose up will allow it to flow into the collection tank.

    • 7

Push on the front of the solution tank while simultaneously pressing the spray trigger if the machine will not spray. This will push the pump into place and prime it for use.

    • 8

Remove the solution tank by grasping the handle and pulling it down and out, if the machine is not spraying. The tank is translucent on the right of the front of the machine. It is possible that the outlet inside the tank is clogged.

    • 9

Pour the solution into a bowl. Remove the clog from the outlet on the inside bottom of the tank with a paper towel.

    • 10

Refill the tank with the solution and slip it back into the machine. Press it into the machine until it clicks into place.
