Turn on the computer or restart the computer.

Press the "F8" key continuously as soon as the system starts to boot up. Stop pressing "F8" when the "Advanced Boot Options" window appears.

Select "Repair Your Computer" and press "Enter." If the "Specify Language Settings" window appears, you know that your Dell has PC Restore. The "Specify Language Settings" window is the first of a handful of PC Restore windows that restores your PC.

Choose your language settings to continue with the restoration process or press "Esc" to stop the process and continue with system boot-up.
