How to Remove a Scheduled Chkdsk
CHKDSK is a computer command that is used in the Microsoft Windows operating system that provides the user with information regarding the integrity of hard disk and floppy disk file systems. The CHKDSK program has the ability to repair some errors in the file system and recover data. The program can be scheduled to run when a machine reboots, but it can be disabled once set.

Click the "Start" button, and select "Run." Type "Regedt32" in the resulting box and press "Enter" or click "OK."

Locate the folder "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" in the left panel and double-click it. In the resulting file tree, double-click "SYSTEM." Double-click "CurrentControlSet," then "Control" and then "Session Manager."

Double-click the "BootExecute" value in the right panel. The value should be set to "autocheck autochk * /r\DosDevice\c:" in the Registry Editor. Change the value to "autocheck autochk *" and then click "OK" to save changes. Close the Registry Editor. The scheduled CHKDSK should now be removed.
