How to Reset the Remote for the Ezee Start Starter

The Ezee Start Starter, for your vehicle, includes a remote control unit, which is used to start the engine remotely. This is typically an add-on device that uses the existing alarm system or key-less entry option for your vehicle. If the vehicle has already started, reset the remote to start the vehicle again. The engine run time or idle time can also be reset. You may also need to reprogram the transmitter or remote for a vehicle.

Instructions

  1. Standard Reset

    • 1

Press the "Start" button on the remote to start the vehicle. The engine needs to be running to reset the remote.

    • 2

Open the driver side door with the key or use the remote control.

    • 3

Get in the vehicle and press the brake pedal. This will reset the remote.
